This has lots of power and tackles my grass and weeds really well. I usually use hedge trimmer on horrible tall thick stemed weeds. This wacker with metal blade cuts through those weeds as well as the hedge trimmer and is easier to use as I can remain standing while using this. Has much more power than I anticipated. Very pleased. Jedge trimmer jams up in grass but this wacker has no problems cleanly cutting through thick grass as well as weeds. I wish they made this with larger blade so it could cut a wider path but maybe small size makes it have more speed and torque. Highly recommend.

I don't know why the major brands can't come out with a lightweight trimmer without the string line. Changing the blades on this tool takes about two minutes. This tool is simple and easy to use. This thing worked great was easy to put together, charge etc and it worked amazingly to cut down the weeds we have beyond our property line.
